Request New Registered User Account
If you already have been assigned a Registered User account, but have forgotten your password, or are having some other login problem (for example, you can access the Support System, but not the Software Download System), use the website usage form instead of the form on this page.
If you purchased your NDK/MPTK software after May 2005, you should have been automatically authorized for one Registered User account
per NDK/MPTK package, and you should have already received an email notice of how to log into the TCSHelp Registered User sections. But, if you did not receive the email, go ahead and fill in the form on this page (please explain in the "extra info" section).
If you need additional Registered User accounts (so others at you company can access the technical Support System or Registered User pages), you can use the form below to request them. Please fill in the serial number of the NDK/MPTK package (if you have them) and and be sure to fill in your name and other contact information. If some other person at your company has purchased the software, please provide their name as the "Primary Contact", below.
If you purchased your TriMedia tools before May 2005, you will need to fill out this form
to gain access to the Support System (if you did not already receive an email notifying you that you have a new account).
Not too sure what to do? Just fill in what you know and we'll try and help you. We will try and respond within in 2 business
days (holiday periods may take longer).
IMPORTANT: We will send emails about your account application from the tcshelp.com domain. Please make sure that you "whitelist" tcshelp.com in your spam filters. If you requested a TCSHelp Registered User Account, but have not heard back within two days, please check your spam filters and junk folders.
Please provide us with your contact and product information
